Refund Policy

At ZinVap, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design services. Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in each project, the following refund policy applies.
Deposits
All deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable. Deposits secure your project slot and cover the time spent planning, research, and initial development.
Project Work
Once work on a project has started, refunds will generally not be provided for completed work or services already delivered.
Subscription Services
If a client purchases a recurring service (such as hosting, maintenance, or website management), the subscription may be canceled at any time. However, payments already processed are non-refundable.
Client Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun, ZinVap reserves the right to retain payment for work already completed.
Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, the client agrees to contact ZinVap first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of ZinVap.
